What we collect
- Playing without an account: your town is saved in your browser on your device. We don't receive it.
- If you create an account: your username, a securely stored password, and your saved town (buildings, coins, progress and settings), so you can continue on another device.
- Purchases: what you bought, when, and which account received the coins. Card and payment details are collected by our payment partner, not by us; we never see your full card number.
- Technical information: like most websites, our hosting provider receives your IP address and browser type when you visit, and the Game may send crash and error reports (device type, browser, and what went wrong) so we can fix problems.
- Emails you send us when you contact support.
We don't show ads, we don't sell your information, and we don't use it to track you across other websites.
Who helps us run Bloomstead
- Unity Technologies (Unity Gaming Services): player accounts, cloud saves and crash reports.
- Cloudflare: hosts this website and the Game, and runs our purchase server.

These companies handle information only to provide their service to us, under their own privacy terms.
How long we keep it
We keep account and town data while your account exists. Purchase records are kept as long as the law requires for tax and accounting. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.

You can play without an account. You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information by emailing support@mybloomstead.com. Depending on where you live (for example in the EU, UK or California), you may have further rights, and we will honor them.
